Bread Lame

When baking bread, it’s necessary to score, or slash the dough with a blade to allow expansion when baking.  This scoring will control the direction in which the bread expands and also impart an artisan appearance to your bread loaf. 

Comes with 15 replacement blades and a leather pouch to cover the blade. Measures 7.5” in length.
