Lisbon Lemon Ume Shrub

A seasonal citrus shrub made with ume plums and Lisbon lemons from Twin Girls Farm just outside of Fresno, California. If you are looking for a taste of California, the Lisbon lemon is one of the most abundant fruits grown here and an excellent choice to start your ume shrub experience. This shrub packs a distinguished true lemon-tart tang mixed with our sweet/sour ume plums. Wonderful for making dressings or marinades, and great mixed with carbonated water or a spirit of your choice for a tart, sweet, citrus cocktail.
