All class sales are final and non-refundable. In the unfortunate event that you cannot attend a class that you are registered for see below:


  • We require at least 5 calendar days' notice for all reschedule requests. This policy is firm. Advanced notice is required to provide us the opportunity to fill your seat before class. We will create a class credit for you to use in the future.

  • If you cancel fewer than 5 calendar days before your event, we cannot offer you class credit. However, tickets are transferable and we encourage you to send someone else in your place.

** In the event that we have accrued a waitlist and can fill your seat with less than 5 days notice, we will honor a credit for a future class. However, this is NOT guaranteed. The only way to guarantee a credit for a future class is to provide 5 calendar days' advance notice.  ​​

Please understand that buying a workshop ticket is like purchasing a concert ticket, and similarly, we are not able to offer refunds. A lot of effort goes into each workshop (by us + the instructor), and we both purchase supplies and prepare for the number of tickets sold. Because of this, we cannot offer credits or transfers to a future class with less than 5 calendar days' notice. 


We hope this gives you a better understanding of our policies. We appreciate your consideration and support of our small business. 


As of May, 2023, we are no longer requiring proof of a negative covid test to join class, but do encourage students to test in advance for the safety of our community.
