  • All class sales are final and non-refundable.

  • We require at least 5 calendar days' notice for all cancellation requests. This policy is firm. Advanced notice is required to provide us the opportunity to fill your seat before class.

  • If you cancel fewer than 5 calendar days before your event, we cannot offer you class credit. However, tickets are transferable and we encourage you to send someone else in your place.

** In the event that we have accrued a waitlist and can fill your seat with less than 5 days notice, we will honor a credit for a future class. However, this is NOT guaranteed. The only way to guarantee a credit for a future class is to provide 5 calendar days' advance notice.

Please understand that buying a workshop ticket is like purchasing a concert ticket, and similarly, we are not able to offer refunds. A lot of effort goes into each workshop (by us + the instructor), and we both purchase supplies and prepare for the number of tickets sold. Because of this, we do not offer credit or transfers to a future class with less than 5 calendar days' notice.

We hope this gives you a better understanding of our policies. We appreciate your consideration and support of our small business.

We require proof of a negative rapid Covid test upon entry to class. Masks will be optional during class.

Rapid Covid Tests are available for all attendees at no additional charge and can be picked up during our retail shop hours (open Wednesday - Sunday) prior to the workshop you are registered for. Tests should be taken at home, the morning of class. Please take a photo of your negative test for our review (there is a time /date stamp on your phone). In the event that you cannot pick up your Covid Test in advance, you can source your own rapid test. Otherwise, you must plan to arrive at least 20 minutes before class to take one of the rapid tests provided. (Keep in mind, testing must take place outside of the shop).

Thank you for taking these extra steps with us to make sure everyone feels comfortable gathering in community.
