These jams are handmade in small batches (10-20 jars in heirloom copper pots) using only seasonal, almost always local, and mostly organic fruits; the low sugar content and short cooking time make for a luscious fruit preserve that you taste the fruits first at the peak of their flavor. We offer a rotating, seasonal selection.
Saba, an Iranian-American immigrant and award-winning jam maker, is currently based in Boulder, CO. But she has been jammin’ since 2010, when. living in the Bay Area, she trained with some of the best California jam makers. Saba is passionate about fruits and preserving cultures and uses her jams to increase awareness about fruits, their seasonality, the fruit farmers, and the preservation techniques and traditions.
