Proyecto Diaz, is a coffee roasting company rooted in the Bay Area, focused on rebuilding farms and legacies. The owner's family farm, El Carmen, is what started it all.

The Women’s Cooperative blend is sourced from Asociación de Mujeres Caficultoras del Cauca, a producer association of 274 Boss Babes who live in Cauca, Colombia. The cooperative is dedicated to improving coffee quality and opportunities for women producers, and works with Expocafé, an exporter dedicated to supporting coffee cooperatives.
