Fat gold is an independent, woman-owned producer working in the San Joaquin Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area. In their early days, they farmed a tiny olive grove, right here in the San Francisco Bay Area. Nowadays, they operate an olive mill in the San Joaquin Valley, collaborating with other growers to source some of California’s best, most interesting olives.
- The Gold Standard, made from frantoio olives: bold and robust, with notes of green almond and black pepper.
- Fat Gold Blue, made from arbequina olives: fruity and fragrant, with notes of apple and chamomile.
