1 quart of fermented milk kefir

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp raw honey

1 tsp of the prepared turmeric paste (1/2 cup water; 1/4 cup turmeric powder; 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper; 1/8 cup extra virgin coconut oil)

First, make turmeric paste:

Add the turmeric and water in a pan. Heat gently and whisk until it thickens to a paste (5-10 minutes). Once thickened, add the pepper and coconut oil. (These ingredients help our bodies absorb the benefits of turmeric.) Keep stirring to ensure that all ingredients are mixed properly. Allow it to cool. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.

Then, use turmeric paste to make golden kefir:

Combine 1 teaspoon of prepared turmeric paste with prepared milk kefir, coconut oil and honey in a blender until smooth. Store in refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
