Pizza Peel

Pizza peels safely transport pizza, flatbread, and other artisan breads into and out of a hot oven or grill. Made from natural New Zealand pine; the handle keeps your hands and arms a safe distance from the heat. It's beveled front edge easily slides under pizza dough and other foods for safe transport into and out of the hot oven or grill. Sprinkle with semolina or rice flour to prevent dough from sticking.
