Dried Green Mango

Made from unripe baby Tu Mangoes (the original Taiwan mango), these are nature's sour gummy: chewy, bright, sweet with an electric tang, an old school Taiwanese treat. The green mangos are sourced from family farms in 玉井, who harvest their mango by hand. 

 

This product is part of a line of dried fruit that Yun Hai created via crowdfunding on Kickstarter to support Taiwanese farmers that are vulnerable to trade volatility between Taiwan and China. They work directly with farmer's and farmer-owned coops to source, purchase, and package the fruit, with the intent ease at least some of the dependency on trade with China.
