Holds up to a 25 lb turkey or ham with brining solution, while taking up less space in your fridge than a huge stock pot! Utilizes a secure, double lock, leak proof seal. Gusseted bottom allows the bag to stay in an upright position in the refrigerator and allows your meat to be completely submerged in the solution to get the full benefit of brining.
