Convert your quart-size mason jars into Kefir fermenters! Great built in strainer for Making Milk Kefir or Water Kefir. Includes a set of two caps.
This innovative lid makes fermenting real Kefir easy with an open/closed twist mechanism. The open position allows airflow to activate the Kefir grains and begin fermentation. The airtight closed mode is for storage and handling. In addition, the lid's clear top portion pops off to reveal a 1/4 cup space for measuring your Kefir grains. The bottom half strains the grains while pouring out the finished Kefir.
Made of food-safe plastic, BPA-Free and Phthalate-Free; and dishwasher safe.
