Fresh 2021 crop of Non-GMO soybeans from Laura Soybeans. The Chambers Family Farm produces the highest quality soybeans available at their 5th generation American family farm. Yellow Soybeans are ideal for making delicious homemade tofu, miso, tempeh, natto, sprouts, soymilk or Japanese nimono side dishes. 

 

Natto Soybeans are notably a smaller sized bean (maximum of 5.5 mm diameter) than the Regular Soybeans. These specialty soybeans are typically grown for Making Natto, a type of Japanese fermented soybean. However, you can use either the Natto-size or Regular Size Soybean for making Natto at home!
