    Masa Harina is corn flour that has been nixtamalized for easy digestability.  Dried corn is soaked in calcium hydroxide and then put through a fine-grade grinder to make the corn dough, which is then dehydrated resulting in Masa Harina Corn Flour, perftect for making tortillas, tamales, pupusas, sopes, empanadas and more!
