This stainless steel canning rack is designed to help you lower and raise canning jars from your canner. Also helps keep canning jars from touching the bottom and sides of the canner. It's unique handle design lets you raise and support jars on edge of canner for easier removal. Holds up to 8 pint or 7 quart jars. Use this rack for water bath canning or turn it around to convert it to a steam canning rack.
