    Golden State Pickle Works stocks the modern food lovers’ larder. Based in Napa, they take advantage of the bounty of northern California to make delicious artisanal fermented vegetables and condiments.


    **Refrigeration required immediately upon opening. Fermented products are prone to leakage during transit due to the natural build up of CO2 in the jars. Please consider this before placing your order. We are not responsible for leaking jars.

  • Ingredients

    • Bread and Butter Pickles: cucumbers, distilled white vinegar, apple cider vinegar, water, onion, raw cane sugar, salt, garlic, spices
    • Italian Giardiniera: cauliflour, celery, carrot, red bell pepper, water, garlic, salt, pure olive oil, spices
    • Pickled Red Onion: red onion, red wine vinegar, distilled white vinegar, water, raw cane sugar, salt, hibiscus spices
    • Gai Choy: mustard greens, water , salt, garlic, chili flake
    • Half Sour Cucumbers: cucumbers, water, garlic, dill, salt.
    • “Kosher Dill” Radishes: radishes, water, garlic, dill, salt
    • Napa Cabbage Kimchi: napa cabbage, daikon radish, carrot, scallion, asian chive, onion, garlic, ginger, water, chili flake, salt, fish sauce, rice flour, turbinado sugar
    • Red Beet Slaw: cabbage, red beets, horseradish, salt
    • Golden Beet Slaw: cabbage, yellow beets, carrot, rutabaga, salt, turmeric
    • Green Beans: green beans, water, garlic, herbs, salt, chili flake
