Beeswax

100% pure unbleached beeswax. May develop a whitish "bloom" on the surface. This is a natural effect caused by oils in the wax surfacing over time. Harvested/made in Oregon.

 

In addition to apothecary products and candles, beeswax also be used as a natural cheese wax, for coating aged cheeses. It helps prevent unwanted mold growth and retains moisture while cheese is aged.

 

Small 3/4oz blocks ideal for small batches of hand creams, salves and other body products.

 

Large 1lb blocks for larger projects, cheese waxing (approximately 12-20 cheeses) and candles.
