    Based in Marin County, Wild West Ferments are inspired by the ancient wisdom of their work. Using 100% organic ingredients, most of it locally grown in Central California, they ferment in ceramic crocks for a minimum of 6 weeks to achieve optimum nutrition and flavor. Their ferments enhance almost any savory dish and make preparing delicious food so much simpler. Put a forkful of fermented veggies alongside or on top of whatever it is you’re eating. Food is medicine, and Wild West fermented vegetables make prioritizing health an easy pleasure!
