    Made from a mix of premium fermented ancient grains, Qianhe 10-Year Aged Black Vinegar has a rich, deep tartness with a slightly sweet finish that adds balance and brightness to your home-cooking. Smoother than a most vinegars, it brings mild acidity and a full-bodied, woody umami that transforms anything you dress it with from the inside out.


    Use it in: vinaigrettes, a dip for your dumplings, or as an essential ingredient in classic Sichuan dishes like Twice Cooked Pork.
