Vegan Cheesemaking

This is a hands-on workshop. Learn to create your own fermented, non-dairy spreadable cheese from scratch! We'll be wildcrafting our own rejuvelac culture, (a fermentation starter made from sprouted grains) and experiment with tasty additions to boost a cheesy flavor profile.

About the Event

As part of this hands-on workshop, each student will take home a soft cashew cheese and their own rejuvelac culture to make batch after batch of non-dairy cheese at home!



All students will receive a 10% discount on post-workshop purchases in our store. The minimum age for our workshops is 14 years old. All
