It's local anchovy season! Join us in a lesson on preserving these tiny fish! We'll teach you how to fillet, cure and even stove-top smoke your own anchovies.

About the Event
As part of this workshop, students will make salt and lemon preserved anchovies and smoked anchovy compound butter. Everyone will leave with a 4-ounce jars of each!
This class is led by Maria Finn author of the new cookbook Forage. Gather. Feast. and founder of Flora & Fungi Adventures.
All students will receive a 10% discount on post-workshop purchases in our store. The minimum age for this workshops is 14 years old.
