About the Event

Students will make their own koji from start to finish in this 2-part class. If you sign up for this class you must come to both dates!

  • Part one is Tuesday night 1/28 from 6:30-8:30pm

  • Part two is Thursday night 1/30 from 6:30-8:00pm


Students will also get to make Shio Koji, an umami-rich universal marinade for each student to take home.



All students will receive a 10% discount on post-workshop purchases in our store. The minimum age for our workshops is 14 years old.
