Meet Carla DeLuca, owner and co-founder of If & When, a salt cured, barrel aged, California-grown meyer lemon paste. Learn how one dinner party sparked the creation of this well-loved condiment! During this free community event, Carla will share her story of how her exceptional product came to be, as well as ideas and recipes for how to use Preserved Lemon Paste in your kitchen. There will be a sample tasting, and an opportunity for Q & A and a lively discussion!
