About the Event

As part of the workshop, each student will receive a jar of fresh peppers to ferment at home along with a fermentation starter kit including an airlock and weight. 

We require proof of a negative rapid Covid test upon entry to class.

Rapid Covid tests are available for all attendees at no additional charge and can be picked up anytime during our retail shop hours (Wed-Sun).  Tests should be taken at home, the morning of class. Please take a photo of your negative test for our review (time /date stamped on your phone).  In the event that you cannot pick up your Covid test in advance, you can source your own rapid test. Otherwise, you must plan to arrive at least 20 minutes before class to take one of the rapid tests provided. (Keep in mind, testing must take place outside of the shop).  Thank you for taking these extra steps with us to make sure everyone feels comfortable gathering in community.

All students will receive a 10% discount on post-workshop purchases in our store. The minimum age for our workshops is 14 years old. All Workshop Sales are final.
