Summer is here, and with it comes local, fresh, spicy peppers. Time to make some hot sauce!
This workshop begins with a LECTURE on the history, nutritive value and methods of fermenting different styles of hot sauce like gochujang, chili paste and more. We will TASTE a variety of different hot sauces and blend up a fresh batch of hot sauce together with an assortment of flavor additions. Then we'll get HANDS-ON prepping a batch of hot peppers to TAKE HOME to ferment!

The minimum age for our workshops is 14 years old.
All sales are final and cannot be transferred to a future class, unless we have a waitlist. In the event you cannot attend, we suggest passing your ticket along to a friend.
