About the Event
In class we'll explore the fundamentals of cultured cheesemaking. We'll make a soft and spreadable Cream Cheese and Chevre (Goat Cheese) to enjoy with sourdough bread and jam. Students will also get to take home their own jar of freshly made cream cheese to enjoy at home!
