About the Event
In addition to hearing cheese trekking stories, we will taste Trevor's carefully cultivated milk kefir and yogurt in comparison with the store bought versions. Trevor's book, scheduled for release on February 24th, is being hailed by fermentation experts as an essential read for anyone who cares about where their food comes from and the many beings (plants, animals and microbes) who co-create it.
