Spider Skimmer Spoon

Constructed with a lightweight, bamboo handle and slim, stainless steel wires to form a shallow basket. Spider skimmers have wide spacing between their coils which makes for excellent drainage for frying and blanching. It can ferry a generous amount of food that’s dispersed evenly.
