Gochu (chile) Jang (fermented paste) is made by using time honored traditional fermentation methods with no high fructose sweeteners or msg.
Add a dash to your marinades for meat seafood and vegetables, blend with other condiments such as mayo or ketchup, or mix with soups and stews. Or use in making kimchi in addition to, or in absence of dried chile flakes (gochugaru).
