Make bakery-quality baguettes at home! This beautifully crafted French pan is the trick to making golden, crusty loaves with an airy interior. The ceramic lid traps steam during baking to replicate the environment of a steam-injected oven. This steam allows the bread to expand fully, and also creates the crisp, crackly crust so characteristic of artisan breads.  Pairs perfectly with the Bread Couche Proofing Cloth! 

 

 

The stoneware baker makes three 13½" traditional thin (2¼") crisp French baguettes. Pan wells are 1" deep.
