Boon is a Los Angeles-based small batch chili oil company created by Max Boonthanakit.  Spice up your meal with heat and umami! Inspired by Max's love for the traditional Chinese chili crisp, Boon is a reflection of his Thai/Chinese upbringing and culinary experience.  

Sunflower oil, chili, shallots, garlic, sugar, sea salt, fennel, prickly ash, anchovy
