Aedan Misos are handmade in San Francisco with organic soybeans and organic rice koij and fermented with sea salt for a minimum of six months. The resulting flavors create a mellow miso that's ideal for soups, light sauces, dressings, and marinades.
**Refrigeration required immediately upon opening. Fermented products are prone to leakage during transit due to the natural build up of CO2 in the jars. Please consider this before placing your order. We are not responsible for leaking jars.
