About the Event

Learn the art of making the best jam with Spring fruits with Rachel Saunders, the groundbreaking author of Blue Chair Jam Cookbook and I Love Jam.

This workshop is presented as a DEMONSTRATION. In this fun and informative class, Rachel takes you step by step through making two batches of jam with different fruits. Rachel demystifies the stages of prepping, macerating and cooking fruit to achieve the right consistency. Learn to work with the bare necessities of fruit, sugar and lemon juice. No added pectin is necessary! Plus we'll discuss how to incorporate additional flavors like herbs and liqueurs. Each student will TAKE HOME two jars of our seasonal jams that are made in class.

All students will receive a 10% discount on post-workshop purchases in our store. Thanks for taking the next step in preserving your connection to food.

The minimum age for our workshops is 14 years old.
