About the Event
Summer is here, and with it comes local, fresh, spicy peppers. Time to make some hot sauce!
This workshop begins with a LECTURE on the history, nutritive value and methods of fermenting different styles of hot sauce like gochujang, chili paste and more. We will TASTE a variety of different hot sauces. Then we'll get HANDS-ON chopping and mixing. Each student will leave with their own hot sauce to ferment AT HOME!

The minimum age for our workshops is 14 years old.
