
Tepache & Fruit Vinegar
This is a demonstration-style class. Join us for a lesson on making the most of your fruit and fruit scraps! Tepache is a mildly boozy, fruity soda made from pineapple. Using a similarly dynamic fermentation process, you can also transform these fruit scraps into an alcohol-free fruit vinegar.

About the Event
This class includes a tepache making and fruit vinegar making demonstration. Students will enjoy a tepache and fruit vinegar tasting, lecture and open Q&A. This class is led by Elizabeth Vecchiarelli, owner and founder of Preserved.
All students will receive a 10% discount on post-workshop purchases in our store. The minimum age for our workshops is 14 years old.
