About the Event
As part of the workshop, each student will receive sourdough starter plus more bagel dough to shape, boil, and bake at home.
Class is led by local bagel fairy and enthusiast, Laurie Leiber.
We require proof of a negative rapid Covid test upon entry to class.
Rapid Covid tests are available for all attendees at no additional charge and can be picked up during our retail shop hours up to one week prior to the workshop you are registered for. Tests should be taken at home, the morning of class. Please take a photo of your negative test for our review (time /date stamped on your phone). In the event that you cannot pick up your Covid test in advance, you can source your own rapid test. Otherwise, you must plan to arrive at least 20 minutes before class to take one of the rapid tests provided. (Keep in mind, testing must take place outside of the shop). Thank you for taking these extra steps with us to make sure everyone feels comfortable gathering in community.
All students will receive a 10% discount on post-workshop purchases in our store. The minimum age for our workshops is 14 years old. All Workshop Sales are final.
