About the Event

Learn to create your own fermented, non-dairy soft cheese at home!

This workshop explores every step you'll need to make your own non-dairy fermented nut-milk cheeses from scratch! Make your own nut milk; wildcraft your own rejuvelac, (a fermentation starter culture made from sprouted grains); and experiment with healthful additions to boost your cheese's flavor profile. Students will start their own batch of rejuvelac to make batch after batch of non-dairy cheese at home!

Led by shop owner and DIY enthusiast, Elizabeth Vecchiarelli.

The minimum age for our workshops is 14 years old.
