About the Event

Learn how to brew your own kombucha at home and save some money on your "kombucha habit" while you're at it!

This workshop begins with a LECTURE on the history, nutritive value and simple technique of brewing kombucha, along with a TASTING flight of some house-made flavors. We will DEMONSTRATE brewing a batch of kombucha tea, and get HANDS-ON with a kombucha SCOBY for a little "show and tell." Finally, students will get to prepare their own flavor infusion from a buffet of fruits, herbs and spices to TAKE HOME along with their very own kombucha SCOBY to start their own kombucha brewing process.

Led by shop owner and DIY enthusiast, Elizabeth Vecchiarelli.

All students will receive a 10% discount on post-workshop purchases in our store. Thanks for taking the next step in preserving your connection to food.

The minimum age for our workshops is 14 years old.

All sales are final and cannot be transferred to a future class, unless we have a waitlist. In the event you cannot attend, we suggest passing your ticket along to a friend.
