About the Event

We’ll discuss roasting and learn how to crack and winnow freshly roasted beans, start a new batch in a melanger, and cover the art of tempering (and of course there will be lots of chocolate tasting along the way)! You’ll leave the class with two bars of single origin dark chocolate that you helped to craft.

We require proof of a negative rapid Covid test upon entry to class.

Rapid Covid tests are available for all attendees at no additional charge and can be picked up during our retail shop hours prior to the workshop you are registered for. Tests should be taken at home, the morning of class. Please take a photo of your negative test for our review (time /date stamped on your phone).  In the event that you cannot pick up your Covid test in advance, you can source your own rapid test. Otherwise, you must plan to arrive at least 20 minutes before class to take one of the rapid tests provided. (Keep in mind, testing must take place outside of the shop).  Thank you for taking these extra steps with us to make sure everyone feels comfortable gathering in community.

All students will receive a 10% discount on post-workshop purchases in our store. The minimum age for our workshops is 14 years old.
